QRGs are one to three page documents delivered as Adobe PDFs. Each QRG is task oriented; giving employees and managers the information needed to quickly complete a process within the SuccessFactors system. QRGs are designed for different roles when key features and action steps vary by user group to deliver information relevant to all of your employees and managers.
