SmarterMedium Training Kits offer SuccessFactors Enterprise, SMB, and Professional Edition customers customizable, on demand training for your employees. Your Training Kit is created using your SuccessFactors configuration, and is customized to follow your processes, incorporate your branding, and use language that your employees are familiar with. Training Kits may complement and integrate with launch, training, and corporate communication activities. We leverage extensive professional experience to identify your training needs and document your processes in order to create customized and engaging materials to train your employees.
Compensation Training Kit
The Compensation Training Kit provides managers with an introduction to the Compensation module and overview of Compensation forms and the Executive Review tool. The compensation planning process steps will also be reviewed from the manager’s viewpoint.
Performance Training Kit
The Performance Training Kit provides an overview of the performance management tool and the performance review process from both the employee’s and manager’s viewpoint. Users learn the basic features of the Performance tab and Performance form and how to complete the form at each step of the performance review process.
SuccessFactors Reporting Training Kit

SuccessFactors Navigation Training Kit
The Getting Started / Navigation Training Kit provides a general introduction to the features and functionality of the SuccessFactors system. Users learn how to log in and access system tools from the Home page. Each module is briefly described so users know what tools are available and how to navigate to them.
